Free Consultation:
Prior to booking service from My Spoiled Pet our team will arrange a convenient time to meet with owner and pet(s).  This allows everyone to become acquainted and for us to meet your pet(s), assess your pet(s) temperaments, and answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.  At that time we will go over the Policies and Procedures, contracts, instructions, complete forms, and acquire keys.  If dog walking will be performed during pet sitting, it is highly recommended that you allow the representative a brief opportunity to walk your dog outside of your residence at that time.  My Spoiled Pet will perform the first consultation at no charge.  Any additional consultations will have a $25 fee.  

Reservations:
We ask that you give a minimum of one week notice for services requested.  This way, your pet(s) will not be left without a sitter at the last minute.  Availability is on a first come, first served basis.  The more notice we have, the better chance you have for booking your desired dates.  A “short notice” fee of $5 will be assessed for less than 48 hours and $10 for less than 24 hours’ notice. This includes coming home early from a vacation. Please make sure to give p48 hours advanced notice. We sincerely appreciate it.

Payment for Services:
Payment for services is expected in full on or before the first day of the service start date.  Rates for services are non-negotiable. We accept cash, personal check, and Venmo. Venmo account: emily@emilyreynolds.net. My Spoiled Pet reserves the right to refuse service for non-payment, or if a check is returned.  Client agrees to pay a $25 fee for each check returned by the client’s bank, regardless of the reason.  Tips are welcome if you feel a pet sitter has done an exceptional job and we appreciate it very much.

Holidays:
There is a $10 per visit fee for all federal holidays.

Cancellation Policy:
We require a 48 hour cancellation for all visits and walks & 5 days advance cancellation notice for all overnights otherwise a 50% service fee is charged.

Extra Pet Fee:
$5 fee is charged for each extra pet. All service prices are for 1 animal total. Acceptations may apply.

All prices are subject to change based on sitters availability, job location & job requirements.

Our loving pet sitting is designed so your dog or cat can enjoy the comfort of their own home while you're away. I will make sure your fur babies are able to stick to their normal feeding routine, and get all the exercise and attention they're used to getting from you.
